Big bundle of Karapincha leaves
10 nos green chillies
10 nos pepper seeds
15 nos red onions
06 nos garlic cloves
Lime and salt to taste
Take the leaves off the stem, wash well. Grind the leaves to a paste along with the green chillies, pepper, red onions and garlic. Move this paste to dish add lime and salt to taste and mix well.
You can have this Sambol with your Rice, Bread, Rotti etc. The sambol can be kept for about a week or more.
